HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE AT SAMADHI?
To choose the perfect size, we recommend measuring your key body measurements (chest, waist, and hip circumferences) using a soft measuring tape. You can compare your measurements with our size chart in the “Size Guide” section on each product page.
Tip from Samadhi: If you’re torn between two sizes or are buying an oversized style, message us on Direct or any messaging app that’s convenient for you. Our style consultants will be happy to help you choose the size that best fits your measurements and body type.

DOES SAMADHI CLOTHING FOLLOW THE STANDARD SIZE CHART?
Yes, we design the patterns for our collections in accordance with the standard European size chart. However, since each garment has its own unique cut—ranging from a sleek, fitted silhouette to a relaxed, oversized fit—the fit of the same dress or suit may vary. We always include detailed fit recommendations for each specific model (for example, “true to size” or “loose fit”) directly in the product description.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE?
If the size you want is currently sold out, don’t worry! Since we support local artisanal production in Ukraine, we often have new releases and restocks of popular styles, and we also offer custom-made items.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE SAMADHI WEBSITE?
We care about the security of your payments, which is why we work exclusively with trusted and reliable payment systems. You can pay for your order online on our website using:

• Mastercard and Visa bank cards.
• Quick payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Important for your security: All transactions are protected by state-of-the-art encryption protocols. We never accept payments via direct transfer “to a card” belonging to an individual—this ensures that your purchase is legitimate and completely secure.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
If you notice a mistake in the address, selected the wrong size, or have decided to change the model, please contact our customer support as soon as possible (on Instagram or via messaging apps).

We can make any changes or cancel an order as long as it is still being processed. However, if the order has already been handed over to the delivery service and a shipping label has been generated for it, it will unfortunately not be possible to edit or cancel it in the system.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER FROM SAMADHI?
We try to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard processing and shipping time is 1 to 5 business days (depending on whether the item is in stock or requires custom tailoring).
As soon as the package is handed over to the postal service:

1. You will receive an automatic notification directly from Nova Poshta (in the app or via SMS/Viber).
2. The notification will include your waybill number (TTN).
3. In the “Sender” field or in the package description, you will see the exact name of the shipment: “Samadhi Clothing.” You can use this tracking number to easily track the progress of your order.

DO THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE INCLUDE TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND WHO PAYS THEM?

• For orders within Ukraine: All taxes are already included in the price listed on the website. You pay only the price of the product and the postal service’s delivery fee.
• For international orders: The prices listed on the website do not include international taxes or customs duties in your country. Depending on the laws of the destination country, your shipment may be subject to import duties. These fees are paid by the buyer upon receipt of the package in accordance with local customs regulations.

DOES THE SAMADHI BRAND OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we’re happy to send a little bit of Samadhi’s philosophy and coziness to any corner of the globe! We offer international shipping to almost every country in the world through our trusted logistics partners (such as Nova Poshta Global / DHL).
Please note: At this time, we do not, as a matter of policy, ship orders to the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
The standard time for picking and packing an order and shipping it from our facility is 1 to 5 business days. Once the package has been handed over to the logistics service, shipping times depend on the destination country:

• Shipping within Ukraine: usually takes 1–3 days (according to Nova Poshta’s rates and schedule).
• International shipping: On average, it takes 5 to 14 business days, depending on the distance to your region and the processing speed of your country’s customs authorities.

WHO PAYS CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
All international shipments are made in accordance with Incoterms (DDU—Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that the prices listed on our website do not include taxes or customs duties in other countries.
Any import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees required by the laws of the destination country must be paid by the buyer upon receipt of the package. We recommend that you check your country’s customs limits in advance before placing an order.

IS EXPRESS DELIVERY OR NEXT-DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Next-day delivery is currently available only for orders within Ukraine (provided the item is in stock and Nova Poshta is able to deliver it to your location).
For international shipments, we use the fastest available air freight rates. If you need the fastest possible delivery to a specific date overseas, please contact our customer support team before placing your order so we can arrange a customized express rate for you.

WHAT IS SAMADHI’S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want every purchase to bring you joy and harmony. If an item doesn’t work out for any reason, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To do so, you must meet a few simple conditions:

• The item has never been used and is in like-new condition.
• All brand tags, labels, and original packaging have been preserved.
• There are no signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or washing.

Important!
Refunds are available only for orders paid from Ukrainian accounts. Due to the martial law in Ukraine, refunds cannot be made abroad. An exchange is available for customers who pay with foreign cards.

All shipping costs associated with exchanging or returning goods of satisfactory quality are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item was damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF IT DOESN’T FIT OR IF I DON’T LIKE THE STYLE?
Yes, of course. Buying clothes online is always a matter of trust, so if the style or size doesn’t meet your expectations, you have every right to a refund.
To request a return, please message us on Instagram or via any messaging app that’s convenient for you. Our customer service representatives will send you the shipping details for sending the package via Nova Poshta. The refund will be credited to your bank card within 14 business days after we receive the item at our warehouse and verify its condition.

HOW DO I ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
If you need a different size of the same model:

1. Contact our customer support team on Instagram or via messaging apps so we can reserve the size you need (or have it made to order if it’s not in stock).
2. Please send the item that didn’t work out to the address provided by the manager.
3. As soon as we receive the package and verify that the item is in good condition, we will send you a new size.

ARE SALE ITEMS RETURNABLE?
Items purchased during seasonal sales or as part of special promotions are subject to exchange and return under the general terms and conditions (within 14 days, provided all tags are attached and the items are in their original condition).
Please note: If an item was purchased from the final clearance section (Outlets / Last Chance) or was custom-made (altered length, non-standard cut at your request), it cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR SAMADHI PRODUCTS?
Since we create garments from exquisite, natural, premium-quality fabrics (such as silk, cashmere, wool, and Tencel), they require careful and gentle handling.

• For wool and cashmere, we recommend using special soft brushes or lint removers to refresh the texture.
• It is best to store knitwear folded (not on hangers) to prevent it from losing its shape or stretching under its own weight.

DO YOUR CLOTHES REQUIRE ONLY DRY CLEANING?
For items with a high content of natural wool or cashmere, as well as for delicate silk dresses, we strongly recommend professional dry cleaning. This ensures that the garment will retain its shape, color, and softness.
Basic items made of cotton, viscose, or linen can be washed at home, but only on the delicate or hand-wash cycle at a temperature no higher than 30°C, without spinning at high speeds, and using liquid laundry detergent.

CAN YOU STEAM ITEMS WITH DECORATIVE ELEMENTS?
Yes, but we recommend using only a contactless vertical steamer set to low or medium heat. Do not press the soleplate of the iron or steamer directly against the embellishments. Silk items or garments with delicate details are best steamed from the reverse side or through a protective, delicate fabric (gauze) to avoid leaving shiny marks.

DO YOU PROVIDE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EACH PRODUCT?
Yes, absolutely. A delicate label with international symbols and clear instructions for washing, drying, and ironing is sewn into every Samadhi garment. In addition, the detailed fabric composition and basic care instructions are always listed in the description of each model on our website. If you have any questions about caring for a particularly delicate item, you can always reach out to us on Instagram.
