Exchange and return

We want every purchase in our
store to bring you pleasure! If the product does not suit you, you can exercise the right to exchange or return it in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

Exchange and return policy:

1. Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”).
2. The goods must be new, without traces of wear, washing, or use, with all labels, tags, and in the original packaging.
3. Good quality goods are not subject to return and exchange in accordance with the law, in particular:
   Swimwear, bodysuits and underwear (according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Nº172 of 19.03.1994). Goods made to order.
4. Important!
   Refunds are available only for orders paid from Ukrainian accounts. Due to the martial law in Ukraine, refunds cannot be made abroad. An exchange is available for customers who pay with foreign cards.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Contact us by phone or messengers listed on the website and let us know if you want to return or exchange the goods.
Send the goods by Nova Poshta or in another convenient way to our address (we will inform you when you fill out the application).
After receiving and checking the goods, we will issue a refund or exchange for another size/model.

Important!
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or error in the shipment.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will reimburse the shipping cost and offer an exchange or refund.
